I recently purchased a Miata from Mazda of Claremont over the New Year's weekend 2023. My salesman, Francisco, was a pleasure to deal with. I can be very austere and tough to deal with during negotiations, but he stayed open-minded and patient throughout the whole process. Salespeople who aren't as patient as Francisco frequently lose patience with me during the back-and-forth. Charles, the sales manager, was also very straight-forward when he was needed during negotiations. Both Francisco and Charles were very open with what they could offer/counteroffer, and never tried to hide or sneak any costs into the final bill. Working with Mazda's finance team was also easy and straight-forward. My F and I guy was very detailed in what's available for extra protection, and did not try to pressure me into a plan I didn't want. Overall, I was very impressed with how I was treated throughout the whole car buying process. I recommend Mazda of Claremont if you're looking for a vehicle and look for Francisco once you're there.

Bought the car early May 2023. Great and honest sales team. They don’t fluff their offers and don’t play games with the sales process. If you know what you want, are in a position to make it happen (even shopping around) the Team at Mazda of Claremont will take care of you. Ask for Miguel and Charlie. *Update: 9/16 A bit of back story… Since 2022, I was servicing a Mazda 3 in Corona but unhappy with a few experiences I had. When MC opened up I decided to give them a try. Flash forward… I continued servicing my 3 with MC and in May, 2023 I traded up for the MX5. Flash forward again… It’s now August and with nearly 5k miles of smiles the MX5 six-speed transmission started failing. I took it to MC for an inspection, was given a CX50 as a loaner, and the expectation to have the MX5 repaired and back to me sometime after 9/10. On 9/15 I happily picked up my car! I’ve now had a few days breaking in the new transmission and I couldn’t be happier. I have interacted with someone from nearly each Department during my time doing business here and at the moment I am very happy and have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.

Our experience in Mazda Claremont was second to none. The staff were extremely nice, especially our salesman, Joseph Juarez, and they made the car buying process as painless as possible. They were very straightforward about the price of the vehicle, and displayed everything openly and honestly. They also were very accommodating when I wanted to return to inspect the vehicle the day after driving it to ensure that I got a good look at the vehicle. The car was washed, and inspected by their own staff prior to my looking at it. They were clear and communicative, and made it into the best car buying experience I’ve had thus far. They also inspected multiple different forms of financing for us, in order to ensure that we got the best rate, and were able to explain in detail differences between the models. They even were able to discuss where the different models were made, and overall changes between them in great detail. They had a great selection of vehicles. And we’re more than happy to have us try and explore as many different options as they had. I will definitely be going back to Mazda Claremont, and it will be a dealership that I suggest to everyone looking at new cars. My wife is extremely happy with her new car, and the process could not have been better. From the salesman, Joseph Juarez, to our finance person Arash, this was a wonderful experience that I hope to have again in the coming years.
